Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.

is owned by Pawse Wellness or licensed to us and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

While Shopify provides the e-commerce platform, all sales are made directly between you and Pawse Wellness.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools linked from our site. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, testimonials or other content to us, you grant Pawse Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
