We want you to feel completely confident trying Pawse Wellness. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.


You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund if you’re not satisfied.

 

Our 30-Day Guarantee


The Pawse Wellness 30-day guarantee allows you to try our supplements and see how they work for your dog.


To be eligible:
 • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of Pawse Wellness products
 • Products may be opened and used
 • You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase


To start a request, simply contact us at hello@pawsewellness.com with a brief note about your experience.


In most cases, you will need to return the product as part of the 30-day Money-back Guarantee at the cost of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items


Due to the nature of pet supplements and personal care products, we’re unable to accept physical returns of opened products outside of our 30-day guarantee.


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
 • Sale items
 • Gift cards

Exchanges


We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, the fastest option is to place a new order once your refund (if applicable) has been processed.

 

International & European Union Customers


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds


Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund.
