At Pawse Wellness, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely-after all, your pet’s wellness shouldn’t have to wait! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

📦 Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping: $12.95

Free Shipping on all orders over $219

Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days (metro areas); regional locations may take longer

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days

🌏 International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on destination

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes

🐾 Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep (or your pup’s paws!).

🚚 Delivery Issues or Delays

We work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high volume periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawsewellness.com and we’ll be happy to help.

📬 Shipping Address & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible—once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to update it.
